This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which YLNMN ("we," "our," or "us") provides refunds and handles service cancellations. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Refund Policy
Project-Based Services
For one-time projects or campaign-based services, the following refund policy applies:
Cancellation before project initiation:
If you cancel before we begin work on your project (as defined by the project timeline in your service agreement), you will receive a 90% refund of any initial payment.
The retained 10% covers administrative costs and preliminary consultations.
Cancellation during project development:
If you cancel after work has begun but before the first deliverable is provided, you will receive a 50% refund of your initial payment.
This partial refund acknowledges the time, resources, and preliminary work already invested in your project.
Cancellation after deliverables provided:
Once any deliverables have been submitted to you, no refund will be provided for payments already made.
You will be billed only for completed work if the payment schedule includes future payments.
Retainer Services
For ongoing retainer arrangements, the following refund policy applies:
Cancellation with adequate notice:
If you cancel with 30 or more days' notice, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused services in the current billing period.
The prorated amount will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in the billing period.
Cancellation with insufficient notice:
If you cancel with less than 30 days' notice, no refund will be provided for the current month's retainer.
This policy recognizes our resource allocation and scheduling commitments.
Digital Products and Templates
For digital marketing templates, guides, or other downloadable products:
Within 14 days of purchase:
If you haven't downloaded or used the product, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Proof of non-use may be required.
After 14 days or if used:
No refund will be provided after 14 days from the purchase date.
No refund will be provided if the digital product has been downloaded or used.
Workshops and Training Sessions
For marketing workshops, training sessions, or educational events:
Cancellation with 14+ days' notice:
Full refund if cancelled 14 or more days before the scheduled date.
Cancellation with 7-13 days' notice:
50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled date.
Late cancellation:
No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled date.
Substitution of attendees is permitted at no additional cost.
Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounting@ylnmn.com and include:
Your full name and company name
Date of purchase
Service or product purchased
Reason for requesting a refund
Proof of payment
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval and will be made using the original payment method when possible.
Cancellation Policy
Project-Based Services
Either party may terminate a project-based agreement under the following conditions:
With notice: Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice.
For cause: Either party may terminate immediately if the other party materially breaches the agreement and fails to cure such breach within 7 days of written notice.
Abandonment: We reserve the right to consider a project abandoned if we receive no communication from you for 30 consecutive days, resulting in termination.
Retainer Services
Retainer agreements may be terminated under the following conditions:
With notice: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
For cause: Either party may terminate immediately if the other party materially breaches the agreement.
Non-payment: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within 15 days of the due date.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of our services:
Payment obligation: You agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Work delivery: We will deliver all completed work and work-in-progress as of the termination date.
Intellectual property: Any licenses granted for incomplete work will be null and void unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality: All obligations regarding confidential information survive termination.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, extraordinary weather conditions, communications or power failure, or acts of terrorism.
Notice of Cancellation
All cancellation notices must be provided in writing to legal@ylnmn.com and should include:
Your full name and company name
Service being cancelled
Effective date of cancellation
Reason for cancellation (optional)
Legal Compliance
This Cancellation & Refund Policy complies with Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and related rules and regulations as applicable and amended from time to time.
Modifications to this Policy
